Common questions

Where do my videos go?

They stay on your phone. iBalance analyzes everything on-device — no upload, no cloud, no third-party access.

How long a clip can I analyze?

Up to 3 minutes per clip. Longer clips can be trimmed inside the app before analysis.

Why isn't my full clip getting a skeleton?

Make sure your whole body is visible (not just the upper half), the lighting is decent, and the camera is reasonably steady. Background clutter and dim light can confuse pose detection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → iBalance → Cancel.

I want a refund.

Refunds for in-app purchases go through Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete all my data?

Open the Settings tab in the app and tap Delete All Data. That wipes every video and analysis from your phone.
